Molly Tarlov

Molly Tarlov is an American actor best known for her character Sadie Saxton in the teen comedy-drama on television Awkward, since 2011. Tarlov is from Manhattan as the eldest among two girls. As a ten year old, Tarlov began her acting career with the production Bye Bye Birdie, at Little Red School House. The 7th graders who were in the theater amazed. The summer she studied at NYU Tisch and the Interlochen Center for the Arts. Bennington College gave her training in various acting styles. The Atlantic Theater Company is the school where she was also studying. At the LAByrinth Theater the Master Class, she was able integrate writing with acting. Molly changed her dark winter jacket in exchange for glasses in black and set off into Los Angeles. Her parents were thrilled after she was offered a job of three words on iCarly. In the years since Molly has made a variety of television appearances. Most recently, she was a creation of Caitlin's character on Winnie Woodman as well as Savannah Dooley's ABC Family show Huge. Molly is a pro basketball player who believes that she's more talented than she actually is. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
